Purpose of the Award
The annual prize for sustainability leadership is to become the most important award for personal leadership or pioneering work in implementing the principles of sustainability within or in cooperation with the private sector.
The total prize sum is CHF 50'000, sponsored by SAM Group, Sustainable Performance Group and World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The prize sum will be split between a Leader, a well-known personality with proven achievements in implementing sustainability principles, and a Pioneer, whose innovative business approach promotes the topic of sustainability
An independent jury will select the two winners.
