Nomination
Nominations must be received by June 20th, 2005 and must consist of the completed nomination form, including:
- name, business and home address, title, institutional affiliation, citizenship
- a short description of why the nominee deserves this recognition, detailing specific actions in implementing the principles of sustainability in the private sector
- references: provide your own coordinates and coordinates of additional referees that can assess the nominee’s contributions and might be contacted by the Selection Committee
Self-nominations will not be considered.
